Feel Good Food | Valentine's Protein Packed Pud
We've teamed up again with our intsa- chef, Lizzie Dale for another recipe that protein-packed delicious creation! This is a great Valentine's weekend breakfast or healthy dessert that is sure to be a big hit!

Ingredients
40g oats
1 heaped tbsp
0 fat Greek yoghurt
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cocoa powder
100ml FGS chocolate shake
Recipe
Combine all the ingredients and pour into a baking dish sprayed with low cal spray.
Cover with foil and bake at 180 deg C for 30 mins.
Remove from the oven and scoop out a little of the mixture.
Pop in a heaped tsp of low sugar chocolate spread and place the mixture back on top.
Return to the oven for another 10 mins
Serve with strawberries and a little extra chocolate spread if you like.
