Feel Good Food | Chocolate Protein Pancakes

Recipe
Dry ingredients: 125g plain flour, 2tsp baking powder, 2 tsp cocoa powder, pinch salt and tsp sweetener
Wet ingredients: 40g lighter spreadable butter, 200ml chocolate FGS plant protein shake, 1 egg
Method
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and the wet ingredients in a jug. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix gently (don’t over mix just make sure it’s combined) Leave it for 15 mins.
Spray a pan with low cal spray and set on a low/med heat. Pour a little of the batter into try pan and flip once small bubbles start to appear on the surface. Flip gently to keep as much air inside as possible.
